Letter of Demand

Customised letters are forwarded to all your customers to the address provided by your business. The receipt of a letter from us indicates to your customer that you are serious about recovering the unpaid account and that you have given this responsibility to Capital Collections

Field Calls

Where necessary, Capital Collections will call to and address to confirm that the information provided by your business is correct. This service is undertaken by our own staff to ensure the confidentiality of information and to maintain control of all data in accordance with legislation.

Where it is necessary to have a field call undertaken interstate we utilise the services of a competent member of our Institute who is covered by our Code of Conduct and .

Court Action

Capital Collections is able to initiate action in both the ACT and NSW court jurisdictions and is able to undertake the lodgement , registering of judgment and subsequently initiating any enforcement action.

In the ACT we utilise the services of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) and the ACT Magistrates Court. Powers of Attorney are required to enable Capital Collections to prepare and lodge documents on behalf of our clients and we prepare and have our clients complete these before having them registered by ACAT and the Court.

Process Serving

The service of Court Documents is an integral part of the services provided by Capital Collections and is only undertaken by our licensed staff. This service covers:
